Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express and Suites have received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award for the fourth consecutive year, according to a news release from the owner of the Seymour hotels.

This award celebrates hospitality excellence worldwide and is given to accommodations, restaurants and attractions listed on TripAdvisor that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on the site, said Janeen Sprague, owner and president of Sprague Hotel Developers.

Now in its fifth year, the award recognizes establishments that consistently earn great TripAdvisor reviews from travelers, she said.

The two hotels have consistently ranked among the top two in Seymour, according to TripAdvisor ratings, Sprague said.

Sprague said Sprague Hotel Developers has always had the approach to design, build and operate the best product in the market.

The hotels’ general managers, Tricia Stuart and Jeremy Windhorst, know the challenge and rewards to delivering great service for all of their guests, Sprague said.
