At least 2 injured in Interstate 65 wreck

A wreck involving entrapment Wednesday afternoon led police to close the northbound lanes of Interstate 65 at Uniontown.

That wreck, involving as many as six vehicles including two semis, was reported about 15 minutes before 5 p.m. Wednesday. Crothersville-Vernon Township Fire Chief Ben Spencer said there were no fatalities.

Two medical helicopters were being sent to the scene in response to at least two people with critical injuries.
