The Seymour Parks and Recreation Department will be conducting a tennis ladder for individuals age 16 and older as of July 15.

Games will be played from July 22 to Oct. 6. Partners will set up a date and time for their own matches and report game results to the parks and recreation office each week. Pairings will attempt to match up skill level while not repeating partners.

Cost is $20, and registrations are being accepted until July 20 online at seymourin.recdesk.com, or at the parks and recreation office at Seymour City Hall, 301 N. Chestnut St.

This is a buildup to the annual Seymour Smash tennis tournament that is conducted in the fall.
