The Southern Indiana Hispanic Services hosted its sixth annual golf scramble June 14 at Shadowood Golf Course in Seymour.

The team of John Stuckwisch, Bob Malone, Mike Winchester and Larry Lyon won the tournament.

The Lowe’s Distribution team of Matt Arnold, Brian Skerry, Tony Prewitt and Evan Short was second.

The longest drive was won by Larry Lyon, and the longest putt was won by Matt Arnold.

They each were awarded a trophy.

Funds are used to provide services of interpretation and translation to members of the Hispanic community with language barriers.

Southern Indiana Hispanic Services was first opened as La Paz de Cristo Social Ministry in December 2004.

Since that time it has served the local Hispanic community as well as surrounding counties. The office is located in the Community Agency Building.
