Seymour’s Employment Plus recently changed its name to ResourceMFG.

The move is designed to capitalize on the brand’s national leadership in providing workforce solutions to manufacturing companies, according to a news release from the firm.

The rebranding is part of a nationwide consolidation forged by Employbridge’s 2013 acquisition of Employment Plus and its February merger with Select Staffing. The moves created a light-industrial staffing firm with approximately $3 billion in annual revenue specializing in the full spectrum of supply chain operations, including manufacturing, logistics and transportation.

ResourceMFG uses proprietary screening and training systems to develop resources in entry-level, skilled and managerial talent, from machinists to maintenance managers to senior executives. The company’s wage analysis capabilities ensure competitive pay rates, which lead to better qualified and more satisfied workers.

The Seymour office, located at 105 W. Second St., Suite 102, will continue to be led by Andy Luedeman. The operation is staffed by four full-time employees and places an average of 11,000 skilled workers each year supporting multiple local companies.

Employbridge Holding Co., headquartered in Atlanta, provides supply chain workforce solutions, with 254 branches and on-site operations in 41 states.
