Jeani Marie Bailey Anderson Bentham, 31, of Butlerville, died at 6:50 p.m. Friday, July 31, 2015 at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Survivors include her children, Braidon Foster and Leighanna Foster, both of Butlerville, Russell Casper Jr. of Lafayette, Kayla Ann Bentham of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, and Bryce Paige Bentham and Ty Allen Bentham, both of Columbus; brother, Scott Bailey of Versailles; and four sisters, Kayla Nicole Mitchell and Shelby Lee Bell, both of North Vernon, Crystal Renee Bell of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Samantha Rose Bell of Seymour.

The funeral service will be at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made for funeral expenses or to a trust fund for her children at PNC Bank.
