The seventh annual Cruizin and Showin Car Show is set for 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Shields Park in Seymour.

Registration will go until noon, and awards will be handed out at 3 p.m. Cost to enter is $15, and all of the proceeds will go to help needy Jackson County residents.

All types of vehicles, including motorheads, antiques, muscle cars, street rods, motorcycles, trucks, rat rods and imports may be entered.

Trophies will be awarded to best in show (first, second and third place for Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge and other) and top 35 with participant judging. You must be present to win a trophy.

Goodie bags and dash plaques will be given to the first 40 registrants.

The event also will include door prizes, food vendors, raffles and disc jockey music from Harold K and the Tones.
