SEBRING, Fla.

Hazel Irene Hamblin, 87, Sebring, Florida, formerly of Jeffersonville, died Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015, in Sebring.

Born March 27, 1928, in Tazewell, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Clayton and Beulah Turner Bryant, both of whom preceded her in death.

She was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served during the Korean War, and a member of Maranatha Baptist Church in Sebring.

Survivors include her children, Mike (Liz), Jim (Barb), Becky (Kevin), and Jon (Susan); brother, Clifford Bryant; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Mark Hamblin.

The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
