Brownstown Public Library’s board of directors plans to meet in executive session at 5 p.m. Aug. 18 at the library, 120 E. Spring St.

The purpose of the executive session, closed to the public and press, is to discuss the purchase and/or lease of property and personnel.

The board also will conduct its regular meeting, open to the public, at 5:30 p.m. the same day.
