Brian and Beth Bowers of Salem are the parents of a newborn, Patrick Michael Bowers.

Born Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at St. Vincent Women’s Hospital in Indianapolis, he weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20½ inches long.

He has two sisters, Samantha K. Bowers, 9, and Ruth I. Bowers, 15 months.

Grandparents are Lorretta J. Brock of Jeffersonville and Lon Bowers Sr. and Barbara Bowers of Campbellsburg. Great-grandparent is M. Munford of Franklin.
