Jackson County Election Board met Tuesday at Brownstown and made the decision to not conduct an election Nov. 3 in Medora because of a lack of races.

All currents officeholders will retain their seats for another four years.

Present officeholders are town council members Jim Davers and Sharon Bowers, both Republicans, and Robert K. Thompson, a Democrat, and Clerk-treasurer Betty Campbell, who is a Democrat.
