Denise L. “Peach” Box, 57, of Seymour, passed away at 7:05 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.

Born Nov. 1, 1957, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Robert Langley, who preceded her in death on Sept. 15, 1999, and Neva Jean Tidd Langley, who survives in Seymour. Denise graduated from Jennings County High School in 1976 and married Gerald W. Box on Oct. 23, 1982, in Seymour.

Denise was a sales associate at Walmart and was a member of Greater Life Tabernacle in Scottsburg. She enjoyed taking cruises with family members and loved her Lord and her family.

Other survivors besides her husband of 32 years, include two sons, Jeremy Box of Seymour and Johnathan (Devona) Box of Madison; a stepson, Tony Box of Brownstown; three grandchildren, Travis, Zachary and Brandy Clark, all of Madison; a special grandchild, Haley Tye of New Washington; five brothers and sisters, Larry Dennis Langley of Seymour, Robert (Cathy) Langley of Columbus, Lisa (Gary) Campbell of Sellersburg, Randall (Corri) Langley of Noblesville and Deana (Joe Elliott) Langley of Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Greater Life Tabernacle in Scottsburg with the Rev. James Carmichael officiating.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until time of service.
