Southern Indiana Center for the Arts ballet classes for children 5 and older will begin in September.

“Youth classes are on Wednesday evenings; however, with enough interest, a Monday class could be offered,” instructor Carin Spalla said. “Adult classes that focus on classical ballet, stretching and core strengthening (not an aerobics class) will be held on Thursday mornings.”

Classes follow the Seymour school schedule September 2015 through May 2016 for holidays and cancellations. Students are required to attend three classes per month.

Registration forms and class details are available online at soinart.com or can be picked up at the arts center at 2001 N Ewing St., Seymour.

Classes are priced as a monthly fee. Participants do not need to be members of the arts center, but members receive a class discount.
