David Earl Palmer Sr.

BUTLERVILLE

David Earl Palmer Sr., 75, of Butlerville, died at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015, at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis.

Survivors include a son, David Earl Palmer Jr. of Cumberland, Kentucky; three daughters, Veronda (Delbert) Gabbard of Butlerville, Wanda (Jimmy) Arnold of North Vernon and Michelle Gatewood of Indianapolis; a sister, Martha Dunn of Kendallville; 15 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Hammonds; and a son, Robert Palmer.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation is planned.

Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon handled the arrangements.
