The Arc of Jackson County is sponsoring its annual ice cream social from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Sept. 8 at Cornerstone Community Church’s outdoor pavilion, 1088 Sarasota Drive, Seymour.

Anyone with disabilities and their families/caregivers are invited to attend the free event.

Along with ice cream, activities and socializing are planned.
