The Grassy Fork Volunteer Fire Department plans to conduct a truck and tractor pull and fish fry at 7 p.m. Sept. 4 at the fire station at Tampico.

Events include an 11,500-pound farm class and 8,000-pound open diesel truck. Pullers must be present by 6:30 p.m. for a mandatory drivers’ meeting.

There will be food for purchase and T-shirts for sale. No grills or glass bottles are allowed.

Entry fee for contestants is $25 for tractors and $30 for trucks.
