Terry Edward “Whop” Pack Sr., 57, of Seymour, passed away Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015, at home surrounded by his family.

Born April 18, 1958, in Georgetown, Ohio, he was the son of Edward “Sonny” Dupree Pack, who preceded him in death, and Helen Jones Pack, who survives.

On Oct. 9, 1987, in Bethel, Ohio, he married Veva Marie Monical Pack, who survives.

Terry was a member of Seymour Community Church. He worked at Aisin Drivetrain. In his free time, he enjoyed woodworking, restoring cars and being outdoors. He was a great family man who loved his family.

Besides his mother and wife, survivors include his children, Renae Rutherford, Jamey (Carol) Pack, April Brown, Terry “T.J.” (Jessica) Pack Jr., Shawna (Billy) Jones, Kevin (Amber) Pack and Matt Pack; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Tony (Linda) Pack and Ronnie Pack; a sister, Dianna (John) Mattocks; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Steven Allen Pack; and a sister, Tina Engelking.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Seymour Community Church with the Rev. Darryl Douglas officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Voss Chapel in Seymour and from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Monday at the church.

Memorials may be made to the Leukemia Foundation or the Don and Dana Myers Cancer Center through Voss Funeral Service.
