ELIZABETHTOWN

Henrietta Mettler, 81, of Elizabethtown died at 8:25 a.m. Friday, Aug. 28, 2015, at Covered Bridge Health Campus in Seymour.

Survivors include two sons, John (Melissa) Mettler Sr. of North Baltimore, Ohio, and David (Angie) Miller of Middletown, Ohio; a daughter, Natalie (Mike) Okuley of Leipsic, Ohio; five brothers, Eugene McIntosh, Jack McIntosh, David McIntosh and Steve McIntosh, all of Paris Crossing and Curtis McIntosh of Brown County; sisters, Birdie Adams of Dupont, Ileen Wetzel and Judy Baker, both of Seymour, and Edna Rockey and Wanda Sullivan, both of North Vernon; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood E. “Woody” Metteler, and a granddaughter.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.
