NORTH VERNON

Juanita M. O’Mara Mock, 95, of North Vernon died at 11:08 a.m. Friday, Aug. 28, 2015, at Silver Oaks Health Campus in Columbus.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry (Nancy) O’Mara of Columbus and David (Nancy) O’Mara of North Vernon; a daughter, Rosemary (Denny) Shaw of North Vernon; a stepson, Doug (Amy) Mock of Taylorsville; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great grandchildren.

A mass of Christian Burial will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Jerry Byrd, the Rev. Michael O’Mara and the Rev. Denny O’Mara officiating.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Leo O’Mara and Charles R. Mock; and a son, Jim O’Mara.

Interment will be in Vernon Cemetery.

A Rosary service will be at 12:30 p.m. at Sawyer–Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service. Visitation will be from 1 to 4:45 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
