How were you able to perform to your fullest potential this past week?

“The workouts and runs we did helped me get to my second mile closer to my first mile pace.”

What did you do well?

“I paced myself well and got my second mile time faster. I’ve been struggling with the second mile all year.”

Do you do anything special to prepare?

“We do a lot of workouts, interval runs, mile repeats and tempo runs.”

Best advice?

“Work hard in the offseason.”

Athletics goal (current or future)?

“Get to semistate this year, and possibly state. I would like to run in college.”

If you could travel anywhere and why?

Australia

Accomplishments this past week: Was a captain; interception at the end of the Brownstown Central game

How were you able to perform to your fullest potential this past week?

“Had a great week of practice and working hard in the offseason.”

What did you do well?

“On offense, caught most of the passes passed to me, and my perimeter blocking was pretty good. On defense, I came up and made plays and had an interception.”

Do you do anything special to prepare?

“Practice to be my best.”

Best advice?

“Play with lots of emotion and work your hardest.”

If you could travel anywhere and why?

“Italy, to try different food.”

“Play college football.”
