Betty Ellen Wilder, 80, of Scipio died at 12:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015, at her residence.

Survivors include a son, Donny (Cathy) Foddrill of North Vernon; four daughters, Margaret Rose (Larry) Ashpaugh and Pauline (Louis) Pate, both of North Vernon, Leona Ellis of Scipio and Betty Lou DeWitt of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; two stepdaughters, Angie (Melvin) Marksberry and Terry (Ed) Maschino, both of North Vernon; 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.  

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Melody Griffith and Donna Foddrill.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
