INDIANAPOLIS

Betty L. Maschino, 87, of Indianapolis passed away Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2015.

Born Oct. 4, 1927, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Albert and Sarah Kirby Reed, both of whom preceded her in death. She married Avis L. Maschino, who preceded her in death Dec. 14, 1997.

Betty was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of Delta Chi Sigma sorority.

Survivors include her children, Cyndie (Frank) Mosier, Robert C. (Barbara) Maschino, Don W. Maschino and Debbie (Gene) Long; seven grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, John A. Maschino.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel in Indianapolis.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
