The city of Seymour recently released tentative dates for road closures to allow for the paving of rail crossings along the Louisville and Indiana Railroad line that runs north and south through the city.

Scheduled closings next week are Ninth Street, Monday and Tuesday; Seventh Street, Tuesday and Wednesday; and Sixth Street, Wednesday and Thursday.

The CSX Railroad crossing at South O’Brien Street also is slated for closure from Oct. 15 to 16 for paving.
