David Lee and Carmen Jo Gwin of Brownstown are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

The couple were married Oct. 17, 1965, at Englewood Christian Church in Indianapolis.

They have three children, Keith (Robyn) Gwin of Greenfield, Kevin (Angie) Gwin of Brownstown and Kent (Meghan) Gwin of Lafayette; and eight grandchildren.

She is a registered nurse and works at Brandywine Nursing Facility, while he is an electronics technician at Naval Avionics in Indianapolis. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1961 to 1965.

Both are members of Medora Christian Church, and he is a trustee at the church.
