Retired Indiana State Police officer Earl Taggart will present “the good, the bad and the ugly” details about his career in law enforcement with entertaining stories at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Seymour Library.

Taggart, who was sheriff of Jennings County from 1999 to 2007, will sell and autograph his book, “The Life and Times of Earl Taggart,” following the presentation.
