John Wade Adams Jr., 52, of Seymour died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, as a result of a motor vehicle accident.

Survivors include his wife, Amanda, of Seymour; children, Nick (Emilee) Adams of Nashville, Josh (Heather) Adams of Lexington, Kentucky, Cody Adams of Columbus and Shiloh Adams, John Wade Adams III, Brendan Nantz, Delorice Nantz and Alexis Nantz, all of Seymour; a brother, Jacob “Obby” (Kyra) Adams of Seymour; and five grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre in Seymour. Burial will follow at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Thursday.
