Dale Gordon Thompson, 65, of Columbus, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at his home.

Survivors include his daughter, Jessica (Pete) Duffy of Madison, currently serving our country in Afghanistan; and a sister, Beverly (Hubert) Brandenburg of Columbus.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Barkes, Weaver and Glick Funeral Home in Columbus with the Rev. Patrick Galligar officiating.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery in Jonesville.

Memorials may be made to White Creek Lutheran School, St. Peter’s Lutheran School or the donor’s choice of charity.
