Stephen Gregory Bush, 55, of Commiskey, suffered an industrial accident and was transported to University of Louisville Hospital, were he passed away Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015.

Born Nov. 25, 1959, in Scottsburg, he was the son of Melvin and Maggie Bush. He married Marilyn Joan Gudgel on Aug. 21, 2013, in Bloutville, Tennessee.

Stephen loved NASCAR and was always rooting for the team of Tony Stewart. His other interests included working in the outdoors and using his woodworking skills to create new things.

Besides his wife, survivors include a daughter, Cristy Bush; two stepdaughters, Michaella (Bodi) Henry and Misty Rosfeld; 10 grandchildren, Stefanie, Ashton, Miley, Jasper, Brian, Payton, Cole, Kane, Maya and Emma; brothers, John Bush, Robert Bush and Jamie Ridner; a sister, Carolyn McCutchen; and an aunt, Dottie Hale.

He was preceded in death by brother-in-law, Melvin Gudgel.

Cremation rites have been accorded.
