Bernadine Evelyn Bush, 94, of Hope, died at 4:16 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015, at Four Seasons Retirement Community.

Survivors include her children, Carolyn (Larry) Kiel of Columbus, Joseph (Kathy) Bush of Hope and John (Shirley) Bush of Columbus; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Earl Bush Jr.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home, Columbus.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Thursday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church or Petersville United Methodist Church.
