NORTH VERNON

Rosetta Huckelberry, 88, of North Vernon, died at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015, at Jennings Health Care Center.

Survivors include a son, Dennis (Rhoda) Huckelberry of Deputy; sister, Viola (Gene) Downs of Greentown; daughter-in-law, Mona Huckelberry of North Vernon; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and caregiver, Brenda Sandlin of North Vernon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Huckelberry; and a son, Michael Huckelberry.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in North Vernon.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services and from 9:30 a.m until time of service Monday at the church. Members of North Vernon chapter 183, Order of the Easter Star, will provide a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.
