Norman Station Conservation Club’s monthly bluegrass jamboree will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Performers include Norman Station, Lost River Risin’, James White and Deer Creek and Sure Shot Turkey Dusters.

A Thanksgiving pitch-in dinner will follow immediately at 5 p.m. The main course will be provided by the club. Bring a covered dish or dessert.

The public is invited, and the kitchen will be serving soups, sandwiches and desserts.

The club is located in northwestern Jackson County on County Road 450N, a tenth of a mile east of County Road 1250 (Norman Road).

Club memberships can be purchased for $10 a family per year and sent to the club at Norman Conservation Club, P.O. Box 27, Norman, IN 47264.

Camping is available at the club, which also features a lake.

Band members interested in performing at a jamboree/festival may contact Fred Norman at 812-834-5184.

With the holidays and winter weather concerns, this will be the last jamboree until March 20.

For other information about the festival, including weather cancellations, call Norman.
