The board of trustees of Schneck Medical Center plan to meet in open session at 7:45 p.m. today in the boardroom at the hospital at 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

Trustees also plan to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. today to discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies and engage in strategic planning.

The executive session is closed to the public and press.
