“Motivation, determination and hard work. Three big words that don’t only define me but that can define my team, as well. We are all working hard, motivated and determined more than ever this year to bring back a sectional title. The atmosphere of our crowd is amazing, and we are filling more seats than we have in a long time. I believe we can do great things year.”

What did you do well?

“One thing I did well was defense. My grandpa always tells me that it doesn’t matter if I score 20 points if the person I’m guarding scores 21.”

Best advice?

“You don’t have to tell people you are good at anything because if you are good at something, they will already know. Let success be your voice.”

If you could travel anywhere and why?

“If I could travel anywhere, it would have to be somewhere warm all year because you never know if you are going to wake up and it’s 70 degrees and sunny or if it’s going to be below 30 and you can’t get out of your driveway because of all the snow.”

Athletics goals?

“Currently, I plan to break 1,000 points this year and bring home a sectional title to Crothersville. In the future, I plan to play basketball in college, hopefully out of state.”
