Jackson County Public Library invites the community to celebrate the season by making an edible Christmas tree, making crafts, playing games, caroling and hearing stories read by a special guest.

Parties are scheduled at two different times — 6 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. Tuesday — at the Seymour Library.

The free parties, sponsored by Friends of the Library, are open to all ages, and registration is required at myjclibrary.org/events or by calling the Seymour Library at 812-523-4636.
