Members of Southern Indiana Compassionate Friends will be participating in the 19th annual Worldwide Candle Lighting to honor the memory of all children who have died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Vienna Baptist Church.

The program will feature poems, music, candle lighting, refreshments and social time.

All parents, grandparents, family members and friends are invited to attend the event at the church at 11 Leota Road, Scottsburg. Attendees are encouraged to bring a framed photo of their child or something of remembrance to place on the memory table.

They also may bring a snack to share and their Compassionate Friends votive (one will be provided for those who do not have one).
