Ramona Mae McKain, 86, of Seymour, passed away Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015, at Lutheran Community Home.

Born Sept. 7, 1929, in Freetown, she was the daughter of Ray and Carrie Forgey Berry, both of whom preceded her in death.

Ramona was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. She graduated from Freetown High School and worked at H.O. Canfield for many years.

Survivors include her daughters, Rebecca (Ronald) Henderson and Melinda Jane McKain; stepdaughter, Andrea (Hal) Dickson; grandchildren, Timothy Henderson and Kimberly Henderson; great-grandson, Carson Henderson; and sister, Neva Louise Reedy.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Andrew Currao and the Rev. Joseph Barlau officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday and from noon until time of service Monday.
