CINCINNATI

Wendy Lynn Huber, 43, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015, at Mercy West Hospital in Cincinnati.

Born Feb. 23, 1972, in Seymour, she was the daughter of William Dean Huber, who preceded her in death, and Elizabeth A. Adamson Smith. 

Wendy graduated from Brownstown Central High School in 1990, where she was an all-state volleyball player and received a scholarship to play for the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she attained a bachelor’s degree. She attended The Point of Seymour and enjoyed attending Springfield Nazarene Church. She loved spending time with her family, friends and pets. She had a special bond with her niece, Hannah Sipe.

Survivors include her mother; sister, Holly (Rob) Sipe; and her niece, Hannah Sipe.

The funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Steve Greene officiating.

Friends and family may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, The Point of Seymour and the Humane Society of Jackson County.
