Zora Embs Corya, 81, of Commiskey died at 8:33 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015, at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis.

Survivors include son, Darrell (Rita) Corya of Indianapolis; daughter, Debbie McGuire of Camby; brother, Everet (Jeanie) Embs of Pendleton, Kentucky; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James; and son, Steve Corya.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Burial will be at Tea Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Jennings County.

Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today and from 1 p.m. until time of service Sunday.
