Jackson County Bank as trustee for the Greater Seymour Trust Fund currently has $25,000 available in grants that are oriented toward programs in Seymour for nonprofit organizations.

To qualify for consideration of grant funds, the organization must have an Internal Revenue Service 501(c)(3) designation, and the funds must be used within the city of Seymour. Grant requests may be for existing or new capital projects, equipment, technology and the support.

An application is available online at greaterseymourtrustfund.com. The application should be returned to the Jackson County Bank trust department no later than Jan. 15 to be considered for this one-time grant.
