NORTH VERNON

Jerry Benard Lozier, 66, of North Vernon died at 10 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016, at Heritage House of Greensburg.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Lozier of North Vernon; son, Jeremy Lozier of North Vernon; daughter, Christeena Lozier of Alert; sister, Elizabeth Lozier of Salt Lake City; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Chestnut Street Community Church in North Vernon.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday.

Burial will be at Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison.

Memorials may be made to Our Hospice of Jennings County.
