NORTH VERNON

Shannan Ray Willhite, 30, North Vernon, died at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis.

Survivors include her husband, Chris Smith of North Vernon; parents, Donald Friley and Katrina (Lee) Randall, all of North Vernon; sons, Jeremy and Justus Jackson, both of Scottsburg; daughters, Jasmine Jackson of Scottsburg, Kasi (Josh) Elliott of North Vernon and Hannah Smith of Westport; sister, Ashley (Robert Mullins) Willhite of Westport; and two grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Friday at  Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of service.

Memorials may be made for expenses.
