CROTHERSVILLE

Theresa Rogers, 70, of Crothersville, formerly of Seymour, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016.

Born Feb. 5, 1945, in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Maurice Tindell and Dorothy Yahn Tindell Rogers, both of whom preceded her in death.

Theresa was a loving mother and enjoyed each one of her grandchildren. She was a dietitian for Jackson Park Convalescent Center in Seymour for many years.

Survivors include her children, Gary (Tracie Brooking) Rogers and Greg (Staci) Rogers; her companion of 35 years, Larry Tabor; brother, Maurice Tindell Jr.; grandchildren, Amber (Greg) Schleter, Kerisha Rogers, Gene A. Rogers Jr., Shakira Rogers, Desiree (Warren) Ross, Jade (Tony) Baker, Whitney Rogers and Zaber and Zakry Brooking; several great-grandchildren; and the father of her children, Dallas Rogers.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Arthur Rogers; son, Gene Allen Rogers; brother, Gary Tindell; sister, Diana Sue Tindell; and a great-grandson, Milo Ross.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Voss Chapel.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service.

Memorials may be made to Don and Dana Myers Cancer Center.
