All Seasons Garden Club met Dec. 7 for the Christmas party at the home of Jeanette Chastain.

The country home was decorated for the season with lights, poinsettias, greenery and lit trees.

Chastain and co-hostesses Becky Hackman and Rita Wischmeier served dinner.

An elf, played by Kemora Bowers, greeted guests and also assisted with the dinner party.

Fresh bouquets decorated the dinner tables along with winter village houses that were given as favors.

Special guests of Chastain were Janet Greemann, Emily Nolting, Susie Schnikter, Dr. Rosemary Weir and Bowers.

Following the dinner, Blake Hackman entertained the group with childhood memories and family traditions. He accompanied a medley of songs with guitar, and the group participated in several sing-a-longs with him.

Christmas games were played prior to the gift exchange. A collection was taken to help cancer patients with expenses.

The next meeting will be March 7 at the home of Veronica Bowling with Joan Thompson as co-hostess.
