The Greater Seymour Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for Small Business of the Year Award, Corporate Citizen Award, Teacher of the Year awards, Rising Star Award and Citizenship Award.

Nomination forms are available at the chamber office, 105 S. Chestnut St., and on the chamber website, seymourchamber.com. Nominations are due by noon Jan. 22 at the chamber office.

Awards will be presented during the chamber’s 85th annual meeting Feb. 24 at Celebrations. The cost is $40 per person. Reservations can be made by contacting the chamber at 812-522-3681.
