Virginia Marilyn Enzinger Luckey, 86, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016.

Born Nov. 29, 1929, in Bartholomew County, she was the daughter of Albert E. and Sarah G. Kovener Enzinger. On July 20, 1952, at St. John’s Lutheran Church at White Creek, she married Paul H. Luckey, who preceded her in death on May 3, 1988.

She was a lifelong member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, White Creek.

Survivors include her daughters, Kathy (Michael) Sanders and Margaret Luckey of Columbus; sister, Delores (Glen) Nierman of Brownstown; stepgrandchildren, Rebecca (Clint) Laman, Timothy Sanders and Bobby Joe (Amber) Sanders of North Vernon; and stepgreat-grandchildren, Kane and Kadence Laman, Aiden Sanders and Whitley Sanders of North Vernon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a daughter, Marilyn Luckey.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Johns’ Lutheran, White Ceek. Burial will follow at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Columbus.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Burkholder Funeral Chapel, Seymour, and from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the church.

Memorials may be given to Schneck Medical Center Hospice or CrossLife Ministries, Seymour.
