Bernard Lynn Everhart, 68, of North Vernon, died at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016, at the home of his companion, Dawn Gordon, in Crothersville.
Survivors include a son, Bernard Edward Everhart of North Vernon; daughters, Jeanna (Jarvie) Williams of North Vernon, Michelle Ramey and Teresa Jean (Danny) Everhart, all of Seymour, Kimberly (Eddie) Blevins of Salem and Lisa (Tim) Boardman of Austin, Texas; brother, Kenny (Sue) Everhart of Sheldon, Illinois; sisters, Cindy (Steve) Long of North Vernon, Patsy (Don) Holland of Washington and Roberta (Charlie) Montgomery of Seymour; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Kay Gilpin Everhart.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and from noon until time of service Monday.
Memorials may be made for expenses.
