NORTH VERNON

Eric K. Bridges, 61, of North Vernon passed away Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.

Born March 24, 1954, in Scottsburg, he was the son of Lawrence H. and Mary E. Bridges.

Survivors include two sons, Levi Bridges of Gosport and Ben Bishop of New Albany; a brother, Larry Bridges of Bloomington; and a sister, Judith Ann Reynolds of Keysville, Virginia.

A celebration of Eric’s life will be conducted at noon Thursday at House of Prayer, 4100 N. Hartstrait Road, Bloomington.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Thursday.

Memorials may be made to the Gideons or IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.

The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard is handling arrangements.
