Twelve Indiana University East student-athletes were named to the Indiana University East chancellor’s list for the 2015 fall semester.

Lance Hackman from Salem and a 2015 graduate of Brownstown Central High School was named to that list, which recognizes students who took 12 or more credit hours and completed the semester with a grade-point average of 4.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Hackman is a member of the men’s golf team.

Forty-one Indiana University East student-athletes made the chancellor’s list or dean’s list during the fall semester — the highest total in the athletic program’s history. The student-athletes compiled a 3.06 grade-point for the fall semester.
