Library plans program for tweens

Jackson County Public Library will offer a free Silent Library program for tweens in Grades 5 through 8 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 10 at the Crothersville Library and from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 17 at the Medora Library.

Participants will force crazy stunts on their friends and other game players, according to a news release. All participating tweens will compete to win a prize by remaining silent throughout the entire game.

Registration for these programs is required one week before the event by visiting myjclibrary.org/events or by calling the Crothersville Library at 812-793-2927 or the Medora Library at 812-966-2278.
