JASPER

Janet Sullivan, 80, Jasper, formerly of New Albany, passed away at 2:37 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.

Survivors include two daughters, Dr. Nancy Otte of Jasper and Julie (David) Wedean, Sandy Springs, Georgia; a son, John “Chip” (Rebecca) Otte, Brownsburg; and a brother, Richard (Jane) Mattox, Georgetown.

A celebration of life open house will be at noon Saturday at Sam’s at Plantation Montrose, 318 W. Lewis and Clark Parkway, Clarksville. A memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. at Sam’s.

Becher and Kluesner Funeral Home in Jasper handled the arrangements.
